Meadowbrook offers all of its Members access to our fine spa and its amenities. Easy to book just a few days in advance, Tammie and Tim are here to help you enjoy a stress-free day at the Club. Offering 30, 60, and 90 minute sessions, you won't find a better deal around.


Tammie Miller, LMT, CKTP

Tammie is a clinical Massage Therapist who has been practicing therapeutic massage since 1999. She is certified in Kineso Taping, which is used by many health care professionals to restore function in the body.


Tim Casey, LMT

Tim is our neighborhood massage therapist who has been practicing for over eight years. He specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Chair Massage, Trigger Point, and Lymphatic Massage. Tim's mission is to educate clients about their body, help them release stress, and ease muscles. He strives to teach clients about proper stretching and help them find solutions to their health concerns so they can live a pain-free lifestyle.

 

Fitness Center



The Fitness Center features a full line of cardio, free weight, and circuit equipment. Along with a full set of barbell and dumbbell weights, our fitness center also includes four ellipticals, three treadmills, two recumbent bikes, a NuStep machine, a Model D rower, a yoga and stretch area, along with more than fifteen different machines to help you reach your fitness goals.

We have two certified personal trainers on staff that offer group classes and semi-private and private lessons. Whether you're rehabbing an injury or just looking to get into great shape, they're available to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.


Gayle Johnson, CPT

Gayle has over fifteen years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and trains individuals whose primary goal is to utilize a rigorous weight training program combined with cardiovascular health and good eating habits.


Dorie Sher, ACSN-CPT

Dorie specializes in medical exercise, post-rehabilitation, and fitness enhancement programs tailored to monitor and manage individual medical conditions and guide clients toward optimal fitness.


Dr. Alex Chen

Dr. Chen specializes in Tai Chi, a traditional form of martial arts that helps boost self-healing power, stimulates the brain, and promotes coordination. All ages and levels of ability can harvest the health benefits of Tai Chi.
