Fitness Center
The Fitness Center features a full line of cardio, free weight, and circuit equipment. Along with a full set of barbell and dumbbell weights, our fitness center also includes four ellipticals, three treadmills, two recumbent bikes, a
NuStep machine, a Model D rower, a yoga and stretch area, along with
more than fifteen different machines to help you reach your fitness goals.
We have certified personal trainers on staff that offer group classes and semi-private and private lessons. Whether you're rehabbing an injury or just looking to get into great shape, our trainers are available to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
Dorie Sher, ACSM-CPT
Dorie specializes in medical exercise, post-rehabilitation, and fitness enhancement programs tailored to monitor and manage individual medical conditions and guide clients toward optimal fitness. Her unique, medically oriented fitness services
are suited for individuals of all ages and abilities, and
are specifically designed for injury prevention and to improve mobility, balance, core stability, flexibility, and overall strength.
Jeff Grawe, CPT-NCSF
Jeff is excited to lead you to a healthier, more active way of life as a Personal Trainer. Jeff’s personal training allows him the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to design safe and effective fitness programs designed to reach personal health and fitness goals.
